This policy applies to all orders placed with Heal Us Today. By ordering from our store, you agree to the shipping terms below.


A. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on all orders (unless otherwise stated during promotions or at checkout).


B. Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time (destination region) are processed the next business day.

  • Transit Time (Estimated):

    • United States: 3–8 business days

    • Canada: 3–9 business days

    • Australia: 2–8 business days

    • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

    • New Zealand: 4–10 business days

    • Other Regions: 5–12 business days

Notes:
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal peaks, customs and remote area routing.


C. Carriers & Tracking

We partner with reliable national postal services and leading couriers depending on the destination and service level.
Examples include: USPS/UPS/FedEx (US), Canada Post (CA), Royal Mail/Evri (UK), Australia Post/CouriersPlease (AU), NZ Post (NZ), and selected global carriers.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent automatically when your order is fulfilled.


D. Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@healustoday.com.au.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, address changes are not guaranteed. If the parcel is in transit, we’ll assist with a carrier intercept or re-route where possible.


E. Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? We can cancel your order any time before it ships.

  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for next steps.


F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. If handed to you by the courier: If possible, decline delivery and ask the courier to mark it as damaged.

  2. If delivered while you were away: Please email support@healustoday.com.au within 48 hours with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the exterior packaging (all sides)

    • Photos of the damaged product(s)

    • Photo of the shipping label

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or solution according to carrier assessment and our returns policy.


G. Late or Missing Deliveries

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

  1. Check your letterbox/parcel locker, front door, garage, side yard, and with household members.

  2. Ask neighbours or your building manager (for apartments).

  3. Wait 24–48 hours in case of a carrier scan error.

  4. Contact us at support@healustoday.com.au for assistance with a delivery trace.
